Job Title: SAP Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Position Overview The Business & Technology Integration team is seeking a Level 8 Business Analyst to support critical business transformation initiatives within the Communications, Media & Technology (CM&T) sector. The mission of this team is to analyze organization-wide processes, assess the business model, and design seamless system integrations that bridge business needs with technology solutions.

The selected candidate will act as a subject matter expert, driving long-term value, innovation, and operational efficiencies across multiple teams.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Research, gather, and synthesize complex business information to support critical executive decision-making.
  • Evaluate the current state of operations, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive process models and detailed documentation to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technological systems.
