The program focuses on advancing medical device connectivity, cyber risk management, and operational excellence through a modern, cloud-based application ecosystem built on ServiceNow and Azure. As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll play a critical role in building, configuring, and optimizing applications that support key operational and cybersecurity functions. You’ll work in a dedicated ServiceNow instance, developing custom modules, integrations, and workflows similar to those in the company’s enterprise instance—enhancing visibility, automation, and performance across the platform. What You’ll Bring to the Table - 4–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration. - Proven ability to build and maintain custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows within ServiceNow. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources using REST, SOAP, or MID Server integrations. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM modules. - Familiarity with Agile delivery models and experience collaborating with distributed global teams. - Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
