As a Consultant in the DCM:AMC Team, your role involves building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients in order to exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities include: - Having 2+ and 5+ years of experience in working with Adobe Target as a business analyst/business consultant - Conducting discovery workshops to understand personalization use cases and user journeys - Creating an optimization roadmap by mapping business objectives and use cases to Adobe Target capabilities - Recommending new personalization and optimization use cases along with relevant metrics, and translating them to Adobe Target - Planning tests by wireframing, designing, and implementing them - Having hands-on experience in planning and configuring Adobe Target activities, as well as analyzing and reporting test results - Enabling business users on best practices for Adobe Target Your skills should include hands-on experience in Adobe Target, such as working with Form-Based Experience Composer, VEC, creating different Target activities like A/B Activity, MVT, XT activities, setting up audiences, conducting activity QA, and analyzing and reporting test results. You should also have experience in setting up various types of campaigns and KPIs based on customer needs, understanding concepts of HTML, Javascript, CSS, knowledge of statistical concepts, data analysis, and familiarity with personalization and optimization needs of at least one industry (Financial Services, retail, Manufacturing, etc.). Additionally, you are expected to have good communication skills and experience in handling client interactions.
