We're looking for an experienced Airbnb Co-Host / Short-Term Rental Property Manager to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Airbnb and short-term rental properties while delivering a five-star guest experience and maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Airbnb/STR properties

Respond to guest inquiries quickly and professionally

Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication

Handle guest issues and resolve problems efficiently

Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors

Monitor property calendars and reservations

Optimize listings to improve occupancy and guest satisfaction

Ensure properties maintain 5-star standards

Assist with pricing strategies and revenue optimization

Track maintenance requests and follow them through to completion

Communicate regularly with property owners and our internal team

Requirements

Previous experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties

Strong understanding of Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Able to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously

Experience using property management software (Hospitable, Guesty, OwnerRez, Hostaway, or similar)

Reliable internet connection and availability to respond to guests throughout the day

Customer-service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

Revenue management experience

Dynamic pricing experience (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, etc.)

Experience managing 20+ properties

Knowledge of Airbnb policies and dispute resolution

Experience hiring and managing cleaners or local vendors
