Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and identifying potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide support in preparing recruitment reports and tracking metrics.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and fit.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • No prior experience required; however, experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
