Eprenz.com is looking for an ambitious and energetic Community Development and Sales Associate to quickly learn selling skills and to sell services. We have a rapidly expanding community of over 100,000 entrepreneurs.

You will work with our global sales team meeting entrepreneurs all over the world, learning sales skills, setting up meetings, and generating sales in rapidly growing extraordinary customer relationships.

About you: You should be energized by working with people and enjoy getting to know people, making new friends and building professional relationships all over the globe.

You should aspire to learn sales skills and rapidly advance into an effective business development team member.

We forge strong relationships with partners and Eprenz community members.

We are open to both receiving resumes from experienced business development staff and freshers.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about Entrepreneurship
  • Set up meetings and sell services by listening, learning, and solving customers' challenges.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective sponsors and partners
  • Conduct research to identify new accounts, markets, and customer needs
  • Engagement community members to participate in upcoming events.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing members and partners

Skills

  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Must be an excellent communicator in English.
  • Outgoing personality comfortable talking with almost anyone.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Experience in customer sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Documenting sales activities in our CRM
  • Time management and planning skills
  • High integrity
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

In addition to base compensation, significant incentives can more than double your base compensation.
