Operator Role


Empathize. Communicate. Resolve.

  • We're seeking top-notch Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support for our clients.
  • While you will primarily handle calls for one designated set of industries, you may also support other accounts to assist with overflow as needed.

Answering Service Care proudly serves a diverse range of industries, delivering tailored communication solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. From medical and real estate to legal, home services and contractors, finance, technology, and business services, we specialize in providing seamless, professional support across all service industries.

What you'll do

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
  • Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
  • Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
  • Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
  • Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
  • Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
  • Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
  • Live chat, SMS, and email support

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Weekly Direct Deposit + 6 month increase

    • 6 Month Anniversary Increase: $1.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
