We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to support our client’s growing sales team. You will work directly with leads generated by our targeted marketing campaigns, including emails, direct mailers, and SMS outreach. Your primary responsibility is to schedule and confirm appointments for in-home or virtual meetings, ensuring field sales representatives have well-prepared opportunities to close deals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete a comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with the client’s services, marketing strategies, and customer relations by reviewing client websites and materials.
  • Respond to leads promptly—within 30 minutes during office hours—and send tailored follow-ups via email and text, highlighting key pain points. For inquiries outside of office hours, respond within 12 hours (from 9 am - 7:30 pm PST).
  • Engage homeowners/decision-makers through phone conversations to understand their needs and gather details on how they heard about the client’s services (e.g., email, text, postcard, referral).
  • Explore the homeowner's current energy challenges, listen to their concerns, and convey confidence that the company can provide a solution, pending home qualification for solar readiness.
  • Offer flexible appointment times (day, evening, or weekend) and reconfirm the best contact information for both the homeowner and the assigned sales representative.
  • Maintain detailed notes and update the CRM to ensure seamless communication between you and the field sales team.
