As an Assistant Manager Customer Marketing at our leading premium drinks company, your role involves supporting the SCMM in achieving NSV and market share objectives by executing customer marketing plans at an outlet level. This includes ensuring effective brand communication, accurate M&E, running promotion schemes, promoter/vendor management, capability building, and managing documentation for smooth plan implementation. **Role Responsibilities:** - **Extensive travelling**: You will be required to travel extensively to different markets and outlets during activations. - **Engaging consumers**: Your role includes engaging consumers and customers at the outlets. - **Multitasking**: Ability to multitask and deal with complex challenges effectively. - **Scouting for opportunities**: Constantly scout for new opportunities to enhance marketing strategies. **AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY** 1. **Outlet management**: - Conduct market recee with Sales team to evaluate and finalize outlets. - Ensure installations and maintenance at vendor outlets. - Finalize beat for outlet mapping and deployment of promotional elements. - Develop innovations in Signage Elements. - Supervise contracts for rental outlets and ensure accurate documentation. 2. **Brand communication and visibility**: - Co-ordinate with vendors for signage execution. - Execute visibility strategy and monitor execution. - Use outlets to drive brand visibility and demand. 3. **Budget**: - Coordinate with manpower agency for activities. - Ensure accurate budget spend at the state level. 4. **Analytics**: - Monitor and report performance to Customer Marketing Manager. - Provide feedback to regional marketing and sales team based on competitor analysis. 5. **Training promoters**: - Train and develop third party execution force. - Induct and train promoters as per incentive schemes. - Ensure alignment of sales team with marketing activity. In terms of **Experience / skills required**: - **Qualification**: MBA in Sales and Marketing. - **Experience**: 2-4 years in FMCG/Alco-Bev sales. - **Knowledge & skills**: Planning, execution, data analytics, communication, negotiation, collaboration, ROI orientation, vendor management, training promoters, and creativity.
