Robotics & AI R&D Engineer (Fresher / Intern)

Advanced Autonomous Mobility Systems
Type: Internship / Full-Time (based on performance)

We are developing a next-generation autonomous mobility system that combines AI, Robotics, and IoT to create intelligent movement and navigation capabilities for real-world environments.
This is a confidential R&D initiative aimed at building innovative autonomous technology for practical applications.

We are inviting fresh engineering graduates and passionate students to join our core development team in Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on your background and interest, you’ll work in one or more of the following areas:

Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (CSE / AI / Robotics Engineering)

  • Implement computer vision and object tracking using Python, OpenCV, and TensorFlow.
  • Develop real-time navigation, obstacle avoidance, and motion control algorithms.
  • Integrate AI models for environmental perception and decision-making.

Embedded Systems & Electronics (ECE / EEE)

  • Work with microcontrollers and sensors (Raspberry Pi, ESP32, LiDAR, ultrasonic, etc.).
  • Design and implement control circuits and embedded firmware.
  • Handle motor drivers, battery systems, and communication protocols.

Mechanical Design & Integration (Mechanical Engineering)

  • Design mechanical structure, motion systems, and load-bearing mechanisms.
  • Create 3D CAD models using SolidWorks / Fusion 360.
  • Collaborate on prototype fabrication and testing. IoT & Software Systems (CSE / IT)
  • Build connectivity and remote-control interfaces for real-time communication.
  • Develop companion applications (mobile / web) for system interaction.
  • Work on IoT data flow and backend integrations.

Desired Skills

  • Passion for robotics, automation, and AI.
  • Hands-on experience with Arduino / Raspberry Pi (academic or personal projects).
  • Strong programming foundation (Python / C / C++).
  • Familiarity with sensors, computer vision, or mechanical design tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and experiment in an R&D environment.

Eligibility

  • B.E / B.Tech students or recent graduates (0–1 year) from:
  • ECE / EEE / Mech / CSE / AI / Robotics / IT
  • Final-year students seeking an industrial R&D internship are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
