About the role


- We are looking for a growth manager to drive hyper-growth in the next few months. Role includes

- Executing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Youtube, to drive app installs of retailers in Tier 2+ towns

- Setting up other digital channels of growth, including social media presence, influencer partnerships, referrals

- Work directly with content editors and creators for creatives

- Analyse campaign performance and iterate

What we are looking for

- Experience of running marketing campaigns and Facebook/ Google ads

- Experience of working at a startup, delivering outcomes in a fast paced environment

- Has intuitive understanding of content and creatives, and can get these executed

- Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership, strong analytical thinking
