Business Analyst(Remote)

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and to develop and support in implementing solutions that support the organization's goals. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and creating detailed business requirements for new or improved systems, processes, and products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent academic record – B.E./B.Tech IT, CSE/ MCA along with MBA (preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and to develop and support in implementing solutions.
  • Ability to use data processing tools for data transformation. Gathering and Analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns
  • Develop detailed business requirements for new or improved systems, processes, and products while you collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects along with managing testing and deployment. Also provide training and support to end users.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Aim to align your knowledge against BABoK and certification aspirations (ECBA, CCBA or CBAP)

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Good Understanding of project management skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.


LOCATION:

All roles at Byteridge are Work from Home except in cases where Clients may ask you to work at their location or in cases where performance issues are identified. If you are asked by the Client to work in a location other than our base locations (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore & Delhi) you may claim an extra reimbursement as per policy
