Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our revenue and client engagement efforts. This role goes beyond observation—you will actively contribute to business development activities, engage with potential clients, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements
2. Present and explain Weekday AI’s offerings to potential customers
3. Assist in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management
4. Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
6. Track and report progress on business development activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
3. Ability to work independently in a remote setup
4. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
6. Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
7. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
