Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Post-Internship Offer: Yes (CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA)

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of OyeLabs’ growth. Your role
will include:
• Assisting the sales & growth teams with strategy execution
• Conducting market research & competitor analysis
• Helping build a high-performing sales funnel
• Engaging in client communication and lead generation
• Preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining the CRM database
• Learning directly from experienced professionals & participating in team
discussions

Skills We’re Looking For
• Strong spoken & written communication
• Basic understanding of sales, BD, and CRM tools
• Knowledge of market research and lead generation
• Confidence in drafting business proposals & presentations
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• High sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Great interpersonal skills & team spirit
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization
