This position plays a critical role in driving the organization’s long-term success by delivering high-quality data insights and identifying opportunities where data can be leveraged to enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver strategic reporting and insights to the C-Suite, Executive Management team, and Board of Directors. </li><li>Partner with the business’s functional leaders to develop KPIs, provide ongoing reporting, and analyze the business impact of strategic initiatives. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Major Responsibilities or Assigned Duties:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Business segmentation and reporting: </p><ul><li>Understand the key levers of the business and devise new ways to segment and analyze the business. </li><li>Provide regular updates to the Executive Team on progress towards goals as well as proactively identify insights and recommendations for improvement. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>KPI reporting and tracking: </p><ul><li>Work cross-functionally to develop and monitor key performance indicators. </li><li>Identify trends, outliers, and obscurities in the data and translate them into actionable insights for functional leaders. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Board Reporting and Follow-up: </p><ul><li>Assist in the creation of Board of Directors presentations with the ability to analyze financial, commercial, and operational data. </li><li>Create simple and compelling visuals to demonstrate business performance, trends, and progress. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Data Stewardship: </p><ul><li>Design and implement reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions </li><li>Create and update dashboards that will power operational teams and decorate hallway monitors. </li><li>Foster transparency and dedication to continuous improvement throughout the Company by being a steward of the data-driven culture at MRIoA. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Special Project Support: </p><ul><li>Participate in strategic initiatives to facilitate forecasting business impact and analyzing the results of pilots/ implementations. </li><li>Ad hoc data retrieval and analysis </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em></em><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>Ability to sit at a desk, utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment is required. For questions and/or requests to edit, delete, or correct data, please email the Medical Review Institute at HR@mrioa.com. </li></ul> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced Excel skills with the ability to utilize PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and VBA to support company reporting </li><li>Ability to synthesize and communicate data effectively (verbally and visually). </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Power Apps and integrating usage into production environments </li><li>Fast learner with a passion for taking on challenges </li><li>Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally </li><li>Constantly curious to dig deeper and understand the “why” </li><li>Self-starter that excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments and does not need direct management</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, and Microsoft Applications, including Excel </li><li>SQL/DBA experience and ability to pull data from reporting servers for analysis</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Experience:</strong> </p><ul><li>2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. </li><li>Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud analytics ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake), including data modeling, transformation, and analytical querying to support enterprise reporting and insights. </li><li>Experience building financial models and translating them into usable tools and simplified insights. </li><li>Experience with business intelligence (BI) and BI visualization tools required (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo). </li><li>Experience with private equity, venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or a growth-stage healthcare or premium consumer business preferred. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred  </li></ul>
