Position Summary: GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is seeking a highly motivated and qualified UAE National Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The Clinical Pharmacist will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical care, optimizing medication management, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in treatments for diabetes and related conditions. Key Responsibilities: Medication Management and Optimization: - Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with evidence-based guidelines. - Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and proper medication use. Clinical Support: - Assist healthcare providers with selecting appropriate medications based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors. - Support the management of complex cases involving polypharmacy or drug interactions. Regulatory Compliance and Safety: - Ensure all medications are stored, prepared, and dispensed in compliance with UAE regulations and facility policies. - Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors. - Stay updated on new pharmaceutical developments and changes in regulatory requirements. Education and Training: - Act as a resource for patients and staff on diabetes-related pharmaceutical care.
