<p><strong>Job Title:</strong><span>  </span><strong>Community Sales and Outreach Associate – Green Dog Toys (Short term assignment for three months)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p><span>Chintan is a non-profit Circular Society Do-Tank that improves the lives, livelihoods and leadership of the people who contribute the least to environmental pollution and climate change while combating the excessive and inequitable consumption that causes it. Chintan’s actions are rooted in inclusive, science-based policy and research to identify challenges and advocate for changes both within and outside the government. Chintan works to identify intersectional needs and amplify relevant voices. </span></p><p><span>Chintan is seeking a self-motivated and resourceful individual to lead a short-term project linking ethical products with mass buyers and community platforms such as winter markets and dog welfare groups. The role combines sales, outreach, coordination, and overseeing communication design. The sales will go to helping street dogs via organizations. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Identify and connect with potential buyers and partners — such as stalls in winter markets, offices, malls etc. as well as via WA groups and Chintan’s own lists. </span></li><li><span>Support planning and execution of winter and Christmas stalls.</span></li><li><span>Set up and manage at least three stalls within timeline, including logistics, display, and on-site coordination.</span></li><li><span>Conduct three workshops by within timeline</span></li><li><span>Work with an identified designer/individual to develop collaterals for Instagram and digital circulation.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate to reach out to vets, dog lovers, and welfare organizations to build partnerships.</span></li><li><span>Develop a presentation/PowerPoint summarizing the work, learnings, and impact.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate the sale of products and donation of proceeds to groups supporting street dogs.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li><span>Strong communication and networking skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</span></li><li><span>Experience in coordination, sales, and outreach </span></li><li><span>Organized, reliable, and motivated by social and environmental causes.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong><span>:  Delhi NCR </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong><span>Remuneration will be based on timely completion of deliverables</span></p><p><span>If you meet the qualifications, please send your CV by October 10th November 2025, to hr@chintan-india.org  with the subject line: Application for Community Sales and Outreach Associate – Green Dog Toys.
