Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced, reliable construction laborer to join our dedicated team. This is an opportunity to work on premium custom homes and renovations with a company that values quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professional growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, takes pride in building quality products that last, and believes their work is a reflection of what they stand for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
  • Support lead carpenters with trim and finish Installation (experience with carpentry tools preferred)
  • Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials to client sites across Central New Jersey
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment
  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
  • Assist with demolition, digging, framing, and general construction tasks
  • Transport materials to various locations on job sites
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of construction or labor experience
  • Valid driver’s license & Clean driving abstract (required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices and guidelines
