About the Role
We are hiring a
Content Creator – Written & Video
who is both strategic and creative. This role goes beyond writing—you will plan, execute, and measure impactful content across blogs, social media, and video formats (YouTube & Instagram). The ideal candidate has strong research skills, collaborates with designers for creative alignment, understands audience psychology, and leverages analytics to optimize performance. This position demands both creativity and precision—someone who can craft engaging copy, deliver compelling video content, and ensure accuracy with a data-driven approach. Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Strategy
Conduct keyword research and trend analysis to identify high-performing topics and titles. Define when and what type of content should be published (blogs, web copy, social media posts, campaigns). Experience writing scripts for podcasts and video content. Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies (especially for meta, youtube) Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram (bonus if you’ve made videos for your own channels)
2. Content Creation
Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized blogs, articles, web copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials. Craft attention-grabbing headlines and copy that resonates with the target audience. Edit and proofread content with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and brand tone.
3. Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Work closely with designers to align content with visuals for posts, creatives, and campaigns.
4. Research & Insights
Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to guide content decisions. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Use insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as a
Content Writer / Content Strategist / Copywriter. Strong
research and editing skills
with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent command of
English language and storytelling techniques. Background in
PR, advertising, product marketing, or social media marketing . Familiarity with
analytics tools
(Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Ability to
plan, execute, and analyze content campaigns
end-to-end. Creative mindset with an understanding of what
drives clicks, engagement, and conversions. Collaborative spirit—comfortable working with
designers, marketers, and product teams
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience (mid-level) OR fresher with exceptional writing + video content skills. Portfolio with
both written content samples and video work
(YouTube/Instagram/self-created).
