This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical training, and marketing operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys being front-facing with customers while working deeply with workflows, data, and systems.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll lead onboarding, deliver live and cohort-based training programs, and create playbooks that make adoption repeatable and scalable. This role is especially well-suited for candidates coming from top-tier tech companies who bring strong customer presence, technical confidence, and exposure to marketing environments.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead customer onboarding programs from first login through successful adoption</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run live training sessions, workshops, and cohort programs for enterprise customers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Simplify complex technical workflows into clear processes for marketing and content teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain enablement documentation, SOPs, and training resources</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support marketing operations workflows including CRM automation, reporting, and campaign execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement initiatives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as a highly visible, trusted partner to customers throughout their journey</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or SaaS training roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working at a well-known or reputable technology or SaaS company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical proficiency in <strong>Python and SQL</strong>, used in real workflows, reporting, or enablement contexts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior remote work experience, strong fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies.
