Overview Amazon is hiring Customer Service Associates for a contractual position based in Delhi/Noida. This is a work-from-office role, where you'll be at the forefront of Amazon’s mission to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll interact with customers via phone, chat, and email—addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a delightful customer experience. This role does not follow a script-based approach, and full training will be provided to help you succeed. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries across phone, chat, and email. Provide timely and accurate solutions to issues related to orders, payments, product details, and website navigation. Work with internal tools to investigate problems and offer effective resolutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and ownership. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Adapt to new tools, technologies, and operational changes as required. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Legal right to work in India.
