Job Description Report this job Role Overview: Cogoport is currently looking for an individual who can successfully manage the Outbound FCL and LCL shipments for Cogoport's Customers from India. We are looking for individuals who possess the relevant trade knowledge and customer service expertise in order to deliver perfect post-booking customer experience to the converted customers and generate repeat business from these customers. Responsibilities: - Act as a Single point of Contact for the customers account to handle all the post-booking communications - Ensuring fulfilment of all the bookings for the customer accounts assigned - Generating repeat business from the Assigned set of accounts - Handling all the Post-Sales Customer Escalations - Coordinate with Internal stakeholders for smooth shipment execution wherever needed and ensure execution as per Customer's SOP - Follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with all the maritime regulations - Review Work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliances - Ensure data accuracy for uploaded rates, ensuring zero loss due to entry of incorrect rates. - Follow SOPs for each service and maintain desks TAT for each allocated task. Skills and Qualifications: - Educational Background: Any graduate degree / post graduate degree (Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage) - Work Experience: Customer Service experience in freight forwarding or international FCL logistics is mandatory. Must-Have Skills: - High attention to detail. - Stakeholder management - Strong communication - Inter-personal skills - Process orientation - Business acumen Things that make a difference: - Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities is compulsory. *Courier/Retail/Part-load/Warehousing experience will not be considered relevant for this role - Ability to communicate effectively across teams is valuable to have.
