These roles are at the core of building and scaling our <strong>Common Data Platform (CDP)</strong>, which is based on Microsoft Azure technologies including <strong>Databricks, Data Factory, Azure Foundry, and Power BI</strong>. The CDP forms the foundation for all data and AI use cases across functions and regions.<br><br>The team’s mission is to design and deliver strategic and cutting-edge data and AI solutions that combine established best practices with emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is able to <strong>link conventional data concepts</strong> (dimensional modelling, CI/CD, programming, data science, and business processes) with <strong>next-generation GenAI and agentic orchestration capabilities</strong>, ensuring that the platform and solutions are both future-proof and business-relevant.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><li>Architect and implement scalable data pipelines, models, and services using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Foundry, and ADLS</li><li>Establish and enforce standards for ingestion, transformation, governance, and storage across the CDP (Common Data Platform)</li><li>Apply strong modelling and solutioning skills to design reusable data models and artifacts for global use cases.</li><li>Bridge traditional and modern data practices, including:</li><ul><li>Dimensional modelling and relational concepts</li><li>Programming and CI/CD for data pipelines and models</li><li>Data science and applied machine learning processes</li><li>GenAI and agentic orchestration (designing autonomous agents, orchestrating multi-step AI workflows, and integrating them with enterprise systems and APIs)</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to design solutions that generate measurable value</li><li>Support strategic initiatives and cutting-edge projects by providing architectural guidance and technical solutions</li><li>Translate complex technical requirements into solution designs with clear business impact<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>10+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI.</li><li>Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Data Engineering, AI, or related field</li><li>5+ years in data architecture or engineering roles with proven delivery in enterprise environments</li><li>Deep expertise with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Foundry, Power BI (or similar reporting tools)</li><li>Strong experience in data modelling, dimensional modelling, CI/CD for data, and programming (SQL, Python, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of data science processes, machine learning, and advanced analytics</li><li>Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and agentic orchestration and how they complement conventional architectures</li><li>Strong collaboration skills with the ability to link business requirements with technology design</li><li>Strong team player – collaborates effectively across global and cross-functional teams, builds trust, and contributes to shared success</li><li>Ownership and getting-things-done mindset – takes initiative, drives outcomes independently, and delivers secure results in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>
