This is a remote position.


Schedule: US Night shift. Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM EST (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is seeking a Data Entry and Admin Assistant whose primary focus is to ensure the accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and software systems. Please note: this is a dedicated data entry position, not an administrative assistant role. You will not be handling phone calls, complex administrative tasks, or client communications — your focus will be on accuracy, consistency, and maintaining clean data records.

 Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data from various sources into company databases or software

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all data integrity and security policies

  • Identify and report inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies

  • Perform regular data backups to prevent information loss

  • Stay updated on changes in data entry procedures, tools, and software


Requirements


  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with common data entry software
