We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our databases and systems. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. We are a real estate company in the United Kingdom. We manage Short-term Accommodations, Real estate, construction and lettings You will be primarily responsible for general tasks and Data Entry, social media campaigning, property research and admin tasks etc Experience – Relevant experience of Min 1.5yrs Must Have - Fluent in English Written/Verbal Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into databases and systems. Update and maintain existing data records. Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies. Perform data quality checks and audits. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Social Media Marketing Campaign Management Requirements: Intermediate or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
