Deputy Manager/Manager– Performance and Compensation

Designation - DM/M– Performance and Compensation

Location - Ballabgarh (Faridabad, Haryana)

Qualification - MBA in HR

Experience - 3-5 years

Good to have

Working experience in compensation and Benefits or similar role, experience in managing PMS cycle from Goal setting to Annual Appraisal cycle, Exposure of Expat Management

Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Research and understand current compensation and benefits trends and best practices
  2. Design, develop and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.
  3. Understand salary surveys and ability to analyse the survey data.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews of the compensation and benefits programs, and recommend improvements and enhancements as needed.
  5. Address employee queries and complaints regarding compensation and benefits policies

Knowledge of building salary scales and benefits packages and of job evaluation and job classification processes

  • Performance Management
  1. PMS Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and processes that support the company's strategic objectives.
  2. Develop performance appraisal tools and methodologies.
  3. Performance Evaluation
  4. Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process
  5. Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques and best practices
  6. Facilitate the goal-setting process to ensure individual and departmental objectives are aligned with organizational goals
  7. Monitor and review employee goals and performance metrics
  • Payroll Management and Expatriation
  1. Manage and oversee the accurate processing and calculation of salary payments, benefits, and deductions
  2. Ensure compliance, laws and regulations related to payroll and taxes

Address issues and questions regarding payroll top management

Perform audits and reconciliations of payroll information

Determining the base salary and other extras (such as bonuses) that the expatriate would earn if based in the home country

Skills and key competencies

  • Data analytics
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of using metrics for driving interventions
  • Proactive attitude and passion to lead with integrity
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to create and report on data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, and HR systems and tools
