Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the conception, planning, design, and
    execution of IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with
    organizational growth objectives.
  • Drive Zoho One Suite deployments, ensuring
    rapid adoption of CRM, HRMS, and Creator-based workflows for automation
    and service improvement.
  • Oversee the entire bid management cycle –
    from RFP drafting and scope articulation to technical evaluation,
    negotiations, vendor onboarding, and transparent contract governance.
  • Manage project lifecycle including
    budgeting, technical documentation (DPR/SDD/HLD/LLD), progress reviews,
    risk tracking, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with ISO 27001:2022,
    CMMI frameworks, IT governance norms, and data security standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with leadership,
    internal departments, and third-party agencies, aligning multiple
    stakeholders to common goals.
  • Exercise tight project control and monitoring,
    delivering projects on time, within budget, and with quality assurance.
  • Develop IT roadmaps for scalability, security,
    and performance improvements, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary technology
    teams, instilling accountability, innovation, and performance orientation.
  • Continuously evaluate new-age technologies and
    recommend adoption strategies to enhance digital maturity.


Requirements

Key Skill Set:

  • Zoho One Suite Expertise
    • Implementation and customization of Zoho CRM, Zoho
      People Plus, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk and related productivity suites.
    • Seamless integration for HR, Business operations,
      and service workflows.
  • Bid & RFP Management
    • End-to-end responsibility from drafting
      RFPs/RFQs/RFIs to vendor evaluation, technical & commercial
      negotiation, cost modelling, and final onboarding.
    • Ability to manage large-scale procurement and
      multi-agency engagements with fairness, compliance, and control.
  • Project Management Proficiency
    • Budgeting, financial planning, project scheduling,
      resource mapping, and milestone tracking.
    • Preparation and vetting of key technical
      documentation: DPRs, SDDs, High Level Designs (HLD), Low Level Designs
      (LLD), and risk registers.
    • Control of execution within approved time, cost,
      and quality baselines.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Hands-on experience implementing ISO 27001:2022
      information security frameworks and CMMI Level 3/5 maturity models.
    • Skilled in preparing organizations for audits,
      ensuring process standardization, and implementing corrective actions. 
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Experience working with senior leadership,
      technology service providers, and government/regulatory bodies.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to handle
      multi-stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
  • Value-Added Skills
    • Change management, IT service management, contract
      management, SLA monitoring, and resource governance.
    • Exposure to digital technologies such as ERP/CRM
      integration, cloud adoption, cybersecurity strategy, and scalable IT
      infra.
  • Educational & Professional Qualifications
    • B. Tech in EC/CS/IT (mandatory); MBA/EPGDM from
      reputed institution (preferred).
    • Certifications: ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
