We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Digital Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in our digital systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The role requires excellent typing skills, proficiency in data management software, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in digital databases and systems.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for data entry tasks.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries from data as required.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and resolve errors.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including responding to inquiries related to data.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
