This role will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training. This role will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs. This role will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. This role may consult prospective users on products services and/or solutions.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Provide sales support for project opportunities being pursued by SETS Sales representatives including assistance during the project development phase prior to the successful sale of a project.</li><li>Review and technically evaluate customer requests, inquiries, and specifications in regard to energy efficiency and utility services opportunities.</li><li>Determine the project requirements and lead preparation of the basic design of the program and its components, in line with customer requirements.</li><li>Prepare customer proposals on services or solutions encompassing of customer specifications to support their requirements.</li><li>When requested by the Sales or Business groups, facilitate/lead detailed reviews of customer RFI/RFQ packages and develop technical and commercial responses and subsequently prepare the RFI/RFQ response.</li><li>Respond to questions and requests from customers and make associated changes in the proposal.</li><li>Assist Sales with negotiations involving service and solution opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales and Business groups to ensure that opportunities are pursued at the earliest possible point.</li><li>Coordinate & participate in the preparation of brochures, sales tools, presentations, application checklists, proposal templates, pricing sheets and other tools for use with the Sales and Business groups.</li><li>Participate in Sales, Marketing (technology management teams), and industry-wide seminars and conferences relating to our programs to keep current on new technology and the competitive environment.</li><li>Ability to lead proposal projects and teams that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables.</li><li>Ability to take and tabulate actions, drive action closures, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide advice and recommendations to Business and Sales personnel to help develop proposal strategies and customer value propositions relating energy efficiency and utility services.</li><li>Identify the potential for and assist Marketing, Procurement and Legal in the construction, negotiation, execution and subsequent activities of energy efficacy and utility service agreements.</li><li>Recommendations to Business / Marketing on equipment to help resolve problems or make improvements / changes to SETS portfolio.</li></ul><br>The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000- $145,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
