  • Be involved in the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary and actively
    shape a new SSC in Budapest
  • Invoice receipt
  • Invoice verification and processing
  • Outgoing payment processing
  • Reclaims & corrections
  • AP Closing and periodical activities
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve issues
  • Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures
  • Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
  • Provide qualitative customer service
  • Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular
    basis
  • Coach and train junior team members
    Requirements that make you the best candidate:
  • Very good verbal and written English and German is a must
  • Transition experience is a bonus
  • Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Experience in AP/AR/Invoicing/Customer Service or another field
  • Enthusiasm for establishing and ramping up a new Shared Service Center
  • Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time
