Role Summary

The Executive Secretary to the CEO acts as the strategic support partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across the teaching, non-teaching, and operations wings of the institution.
This role involves high-level executive assistance, data-driven decision support, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management — requiring a dynamic, analytical, and highly organized individual capable of handling a fast-paced, multi-institutional environment.

This is an ideal role for fresh graduates or young professionals from IIMs, XLRI, ISB, SPJIMR, NMIMS, MDI, or other equivalent Tier-1 management institutes who aspire to gain exposure to strategy, operations, and institutional leadership at scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Strategic Support to CEO

  • Act as the central point of coordination between the CEO and Deans, Principals, CAO, COO, and other key leadership roles.
  • Prepare briefing notes, executive summaries, and analytical reports for CEO reviews.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of strategic initiatives such as:
  • CARE’s institutional expansion roadmap
  • NAAC/NBA/AICTE compliance
  • Research & innovation collaborations
  • Branding & admissions campaigns

B. Stakeholder & Leadership Coordination

  • Manage high-level communications and schedules involving internal leadership and external stakeholders (AICTE, UGC, NBA, industry partners, etc.).
  • Facilitate structured reporting from all leadership roles reporting to the CEO, ensuring accurate, timely updates.
  • Follow up on CEO’s action items and ensure alignment across departments.

C. Data & Decision Support

  • Work with different institutional wings (Engineering, Architecture, Management, Arts & Sciences) to consolidate performance data.
  • Assist in creating dashboards and MIS reports for student outcomes, placements, financial KPIs, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the CEO in data-driven decisions related to budgets, new programs, collaborations, and institutional strategy.

D. Communication & Representation

  • Draft and review key communications, MoUs, policy documents, and board-level reports.
  • Represent the CEO’s office in high-level meetings when delegated.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: MBA/PGDM from IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, NMIMS, MDI, SIBM, or other equivalent Tier-1 B-schools.
  • Experience:
  • Fresh graduates preferred, OR
  • Up to 2 years in executive assistance, consulting, analytics, or operations.
  • Exposure to education administration, strategy, or corporate planning is an advantage.

Performance Indicators

  • Accuracy and timeliness of CEO reporting packs, briefs, and dashboards.
  • Efficiency in following up and closing key action points.
  • Quality of coordination across departments and leadership levels.
  • Contribution towards institutional goals (admissions, placements, accreditations, rankings, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
