Your primary responsibilities will include:* Managing financial records and postings using QuickBooks Online* Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs* Performing financial calculations, reconciling financial records, and resolving discrepancies* Executing general office tasks, including filing, answering phone inquiries, and routine correspondence* Maintaining accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, or computerized systems* Collaborating effectively with team members and exhibiting consistency in repetitive tasks**Key Responsibilities*** Manage a diverse portfolio of 30 to 45 nonprofit organizations* Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)* Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs* Utilize QuickBooks Online for recording, storing, and analyzing financial data* Ensure precision in financial records and postings* Follow all federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures* Perform financial calculations, such as amounts due, interest charges, and balances* Reconcile financial records and promptly resolve discrepancies* Execute general office tasks, including filing, answering phone inquiries, and routine correspondence* Maintain accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, or computerized systems* Actively listen to clients to comprehend their needs and provide logical solutions* Collaborate effectively with team members and exhibit consistency in repetitive tasks**Required Skills*** Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks* Strong written and verbal communication capabilities* Ability to flourish in a collaborative team environment* Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines* Experience in writing and research, particularly in content creation, is preferred* Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous* A dedicated high-speed internet connection is essential**Qualifications*** Candidates must reside in Georgia, Florida, or Tennessee* Previous experience using Intuit QuickBooks is required* A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary**Career Growth Opportunities**We are committed to fostering your professional development and offer a unique opportunity to initiate your own nonprofit or ministry at no cost.
