About the Role We're looking for an experienced Retail Keyholder to join our team in Store 5954. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a crucial role in executing and supervising all store activities, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote capacity while still being connected to our vibrant company culture. Key Responsibilities Exceptional Guest Service: Provide best-in-class guest service by promptly greeting guests, responding to their questions and concerns, and assisting them in meeting their video gaming needs. Sales and Product Knowledge: Boost sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, recommending additional items, and applying all selling behaviors during each transaction. Store Operations: Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines. Inventory Management: Conduct store inventory counts, stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store. Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management, and provide timely and appropriate feedback to store management. Administrative Duties: Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system, and complete required administrative and operational duties. Essential Qualifications Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience. Video Game Knowledge: Video game knowledge is preferred. Physical Demands: Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day. Required Job Skills and Abilities Exceptional Guest Service Skills: Provide genuine and friendly assistance to every guest during each visit. Communication and Listening Skills: Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication and listening skills, both in person and on the phone. Problem-Solving Skills: Possess problem-solving skills and judgment abilities. Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and alphabetizing skills. Flexibility and Adaptability: Work a flexible schedule, including extended hours/days as necessary, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
