The ideal candidate will coordinate between the marketing, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution, supplier payments, and export shipment deliveries.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><em>🔹 </em><strong><em>Order Execution & Monitoring</em></strong></p><ul><li>Track and monitor all customer orders received via the marketing team.</li><li>Maintain a real-time dashboard of order status: PO issued, production status, ready for dispatch, shipped.</li><li>Coordinate with the supplier on material readiness and quality confirmations.</li></ul><p><em>🔹 </em><strong><em>Supplier Coordination & Payment Tracking</em></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.</li><li>Track and manage <strong>advance and final payments</strong> to suppliers in coordination with the accounts team.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers for timelines, delays, or changes in availability.</li></ul><p><em>🔹 </em><strong><em>Logistics & Delivery Planning</em></strong></p><ul><li>Plan and schedule movement of goods from <strong>supplier’s location to the designated seaport</strong>.</li><li>Negotiate and arrange <strong>domestic transport</strong> (truck/container) at optimal rates and timelines.</li><li>Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and shipping agents to meet export cut-off timelines.</li></ul><p><em>🔹 </em><strong><em>Documentation & Compliance</em></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the preparation and collection of relevant documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and packing lists.</li><li>Coordinate with the export documentation team for Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, etc</li></ul><p><em>🔹 </em><strong><em>Coordination & Communication</em></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the key link between <strong>marketing, procurement, logistics, accounts</strong>, and suppliers.</li><li>Provide regular updates to the management on pending orders, delivery schedules, and logistics costs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Must have Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate in <strong>Logistics, Business Management, or Supply Chain</strong></li><li><strong>8–10 years of experience</strong> in export operations, preferably in the <strong>natural stone, granite, or related sector.</strong></li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Sound knowledge of <strong>domestic logistics</strong>, <strong>port operations</strong>, and <strong>export documentation.</strong></li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Good to have Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Cost-conscious and process-driven mindset</li><li>Strong follow-up and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle pressure</li><li>Ready to travel to supplier locations and ports when required</li></ul><p></p>
