Job Description

This is a remote position.

At Enthuziastic: we create impactful learning experiences that empower young learners and engage families, especially moms. As a Family Learning Counselor, you'll use your experience as a mom of middle or high school children to build strong, lasting relationships with students and their families, supporting their learning journey and addressing their unique needs.


While your role focuses on relationship-building, you'll also guide families toward renewing plans, exploring additional services, and encouraging referrals as part of your targets. However, your primary focus will always be on providing value and building trust with families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Deep Student Relationships: Connect meaningfully with young learners to understand their individual needs, strengths and challenges, creating a supportive environment that inspires growth.
  • Support Family Engagement for Continued Learning: Actively encourage families to extend their learning journeys, offering additional courses, new programs, or learning plans that align with the students' evolving educational needs. Guide families towards Renewals (renewing their plans) , Upsells (exploring new courses) and Referrals (referring others to join Enthuziastic).
  • Engage in Live Class Monitoring: Randomly join live classes to observe student participation, engagement and overall progress. Use these observations to provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Guide Course Selection: Use your expertise to recommend appropriate live courses and learning paths tailored to each student’s developmental goals, ensuring their learning journey is aligned with their aspirations.
  • Consistent Communication with Families: Maintain regular touchpoints with parents, especially moms, to share updates, address concerns and keep them involved in their child’s progress.
  • Conduct Regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs): Organize and lead periodic PTMs to review and discuss students' performance, achievements and areas for improvement, fostering a collaborative approach to their growth.
  • Monitor Learning Batches: Keep a close watch on class performance, batch dynamics and engagement to ensure smooth and effective learning sessions.
  • Single Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated contact for families, providing personalized support, addressing inquiries and acting as a liaison between families and Enthuziastic's internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work seamlessly with Session Management, Tutor Assignment, Scheduling and other internal teams to ensure efficient operations, consistent communication and a high-quality learning experience for each student.
  • Reconnect with Past Families: Reach out to families who have previously engaged with Enthuziastic to rebuild relationships, invite them to participate in free events and encourage re-engagement through relevant courses.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement, leveraging feedback to ensure the ongoing growth and satisfaction of students and their families.
  • Be Flexible on Shift Timings: Flexibility to work in US Friendly Timing ( from 4am to 8am IST) is required, as well as the ability to communicate with families during early morning or late evening hours as needed. As this is a full time job, For the remaining 4 hours, you can select 4 hrs during the day.



Requirements

  • Mom of Middle/High School Children: Your firsthand experience as a parent uniquely equips you to empathize with and guide other families through their learning journeys.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in similar role. Experience in Online Learning domain will be preferred.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and families in a meaningful, supportive and engaging manner.
  • Proactive in Engagement: A natural ability to connect with students during classes, actively participate in their progress and lead impactful PTM meetings to ensure alignment and growth.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of juggling multiple learners’ needs, monitoring progress and coordinating schedules with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for Learning and Development: Committed to nurturing students’ academic and personal growth while creating positive, lasting relationships with their families.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at rekindling connections with past families to invite them to events and courses, building trust and showcasing Enthuziastic’s value.
