The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.</li><li>The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Business Development (Sales) <br><br></strong><ul><li>Get business as per the approved business plan of the branch </li><li>Responsible for sales promotion activities in the assigned territory </li><li>Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved month on month </li><li>Identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within specific time period </li><li>Maximise conversion of enquiries into orders </li><li>Ensure renewals in line with Company Expectations </li><li>Keep a close eye on the developments & business opportunities in the assigned territory</li><li>Prepare MPG and ensure it's updated regularly<br><br></li></ul><strong>Customer Service <br><br></strong><li>Ensure the quality of service delivery </li><li>Maintain good liaison with the customers </li><li>Prepare reports & submit the same on time to the customers </li><li>Attend to complaints & participate in logically concluding them along with Operations and Back office whenever required </li><li>Conduct detailed inspection & SRA at client's site </li><li>Prepare quotations for the customers through the system </li><li>Give report of customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collection of Appreciation Letter from RBU/CBU customers </li><li>Set correct Customer expectations with respect to the pest management </li><li>Ensure that the correct information of the customer like, email address, 2 contact numbers & address with landmark are captured </li><li>Sell the visits as per iCABS frequencies so that the Annual Template Calendars can be set for timely service delivery by the service planners </li><li>Share & explain the cost sheet to operations along with details of material to be used. Also share customer expectation with operations before service delivery </li><li>Ensure all the sales are delivered after being visible in iCABS for planning & execution via Service Companion. Timely punching of new sales in SRA so that sufficient lead time should be give to planners to execute the services.Service Scheduling is done in consultation with Service Planners.
