Job Description

Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Entry level support representative working on standard, repeatable tasks that require limited judgement and decision making. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete tasks. Follows detailed work instructions and works under close supervision. Minimally requires a high school degree and up to 1 year of related experience.
