<p><strong>Company Description</strong></p><p>Apical Management Consultancies, based in Dubai, is a global Payment Service Provider (PSP) offering innovative fintech solutions to businesses across industries. We help companies simplify cross-border transactions, streamline payment processes, and expand globally through our advanced payment infrastructure.</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Business Development Manager (Fintech)</strong> to join our growing team remotely in <strong>India</strong>. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the fintech or payments industry, a strong network of industry connections, and a proven ability to generate and manage client relationships.</p><p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><strong>Client Acquisition:</strong> Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across the fintech and payments ecosystem (including PSPs, ISOs, aggregators, and merchants).</li><li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive sustained business growth.</li><li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the fintech space.</li><li><strong>Networking & Events:</strong> Represent the company at key fintech events, webinars, and conferences to build visibility and partnerships.</li><li><strong>LinkedIn & Thought Leadership:</strong> Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and contribute to LinkedIn articles, posts, and campaigns to promote Money EU’s brand presence in the fintech ecosystem.</li><li><strong>Pipeline Management:</strong> Use CRM tools to maintain a structured and transparent business development pipeline.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, compliance, and partnerships) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>3–6 years of <strong>business development or sales experience</strong> in the <strong>Fintech / Payments / PSP</strong> industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>digital payments, banking, PSP operations, and fintech ecosystems</strong>.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong <strong>LinkedIn presence</strong> and experience with fintech communities is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work <strong>independently</strong> in a remote setup.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What We Offer</strong><ul><li>Fully <strong>remote position</strong> with flexible working hours.</li><li>Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with an international fintech team.</li><li>Exposure to leading fintech events and industry networks.<br></li></ul>
