About Us:


We are a fast-growing marketing and sales team looking for a meticulous and reliable freelance data entry specialist to join our team.

We need someone who can accurately pull and report key performance metrics from our various outreach and marketing tools on a daily basis.


The Role:


You will be responsible for a critical daily data entry task that helps us monitor the performance of our outreach campaigns and landing pages.

This is a repetitive but essential role that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

In Automation Tool:

Access our LinkedIn automation tool (access details will be provided) and pull daily activity stats for 250 different profiles.

Specifically, you will be required to measure and report the following:

○ Number of connection requests sent, by campaign.
○ Number of connection requests accepted, by campaign.

  • Dialer Tools (x2): Log in to our two separate dialer tools and report daily call metrics for 40 different dialers

This includes:
○ Number of dials made.
○ Total duration of calls.

  • Landing Page Builder: Log in to our landing page builder and total the number of conversions for each live landing page.
  • Data Reporting: Consolidate all the collected data into a single, organised spreadsheet (we will provide the template) on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with data entry and data collection.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
  • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, new software interfaces.
  • Desired: Experience using Aircall or Orum

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with sales or marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, dialer software, or landing page builders.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
