Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our remote team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our digital products, marketing campaigns, and client communications. Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, infographics, presentations, and email templates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand guidelines.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and present creative solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital formats.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and your own design tools/hardware.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freelance, agency, or in-house).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects is essential.

Working Hours

  • Part-Time | Flexible Schedule
  • Estimated workload: 10–20 hours per week depending on project volume.
  • Must be available for occasional team check-ins or feedback sessions via Zoom or email.
