Role Overview:

We're seeking experienced and results-driven Freelance Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record in C2H or SubCon hiring. This is a commission-based opportunity for recruiters who are passionate about flexible staffing solutions and client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates for Contract-to-Hire or SubCon roles
  • Understand client requirements and hiring timelines for contractual staffing
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools for effective talent sourcing
  • Maintain communication with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
  • Work independently with a focus on delivery and timelines
Requirements:
  • Mandatory experience in C2H or SubCon hiring (IT or non-IT)
  • Minimum 6 months-2 years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with Indian staffing models and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and dependable
  • Laptop and stable internet connection
