Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and format professional resumes and cover letters that align with industry standards and client career goals.
  • Create or enhance LinkedIn profiles with compelling, keyword-rich content.
  • Communicate with clients via email or video to gather information and provide updates.
  • Customize each resume to meet the expectations of different industries, roles, and experience levels.
  • Stay up to date with resume trends, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring practices.
  • Handle multiple client projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
