Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, emails, and online platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Understand client needs and present customized HR solutions to meet their business goals.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and proposals.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that attract new clients.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.

  • Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

  • Support senior team members in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
