Remote BCBA – Flexible "Base + Bonus" Salary Model

Active BCBA Certification & Texas LBA Required

About Pillars Behavioral Health: We are a Christian-, BCBA-, and mom-owned ABA company built on one simple belief: exceptional client care starts by supporting exceptional clinicians. We are dedicated to loving our families, serving underserved communities (including our Spanish-speaking program), and providing a supportive, compassionate place for our staff to thrive.

We are growing, and we are looking for passionate BCBAs to join our family!

About the "Base + Bonus" Model (Your Financial Safety Net): We know how stressful the unpredictability of hourly ABA work can be. Client cancellations and authorization delays shouldn't dictate whether you can pay your rent. That’s why we offer a unique Base Salary + Billable Bonus model:

  • Guaranteed Base Salary: **50,000/year∗∗(50,000/year∗∗(961.53/week) for a highly manageable minimum of 15 billable hours per week.
  • Unlimited Bonus Potential: For every single hour you bill over 15 hours in a week, you earn an extra 50/hour on your paycheck.(For example: averaging a standard 25−hour week brings your equivalent salary up to 76,000/year!).
  • No Admin Tracking: Your base salary covers all of your indirect work (report writing, programming, and meetings). You never have to stress about logging separate admin codes or tracking your minutes.
  • The "Safety Net" Make-Up Menu: If a client cancels and you fall below 15 hours, you don't lose money. We give you the total flexibility to make up those hours through approved clinical tasks like extra parent training (with your families or others in our network), peer supervision, or early assessments.
  • Looking for less than 15 hours? No problem! If you are looking for a very light part-time schedule (under 15 hours/week), we also offer a highly competitive, flexible hourly rate. We love working with clinicians who just want to support a kiddo or two!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality remote supervision and clinical oversight for your caseload.
  • Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and develop evidence-based programming.
  • Lead regular parent training sessions to support family-centered progress.
  • Collaborate with RBTs to ensure treatment plans are run effectively and compassionately.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
  • Active Texas LBA (required).
  • A compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable waiting to start billable hours and pay while we navigate the insurance credentialing process (typically 1 to 3 months).
