This role will be at the heart of our global finance operations, ensuring the integrity of all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes across multiple entities and currencies.<br><br>You'll manage the full cycle of payables and receivables, support global close processes, and ensure our ledgers reflect every transaction flawlessly—down to the cent. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and thrives on owning results from start to finish.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment runs.</li><li>Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for both hardware sales and digital subscription revenue.</li><li>Reconcile multi-currency accounts, ensuring every transaction is correctly recorded and matched to supporting documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate general ledger entries, ensuring proper cost and revenue allocation across entities.</li><li>Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and company policies.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with global finance, operations, and customer support teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.</li><li>Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements within ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).</li><li>Provide detailed AP/AR and ledger reports for audit, management, and strategic decision-making.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience: 5–8 years in accounting, with hands-on experience in AP/AR and general ledger management within a global D2C, consumer tech, or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of accruals, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and revenue recognition.</li><li>Solid experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency.</li><li>High integrity, relentless attention to detail, and accountability for accuracy.</li><li>Self-driven with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage deliverables independently.</li><li>Comfortable working across time zones with international teams.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Details:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Location: India (Remote)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation and Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Be part of a fast-growing global gaming brand with world-class products and a passionate customer base</li><li>Play a key role in building a world-class finance function from the ground up</li></ul>
