What You'll Do

As a Government Contracting Consultant, you'll meet virtually with business owners who are interested in expanding into government contracting.

Your role is to understand their business, identify their goals, educate them on the government marketplace, and recommend the Landmark consulting services that best fit their needs.

This is a consultative sales position—not a high-pressure sales role.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping business owners understand the opportunities available to them while guiding them through our onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional Google Meet consultations with prospective clients.
  • Learn about each client's business, capabilities, and goals.
  • Educate business owners on the government contracting process.
  • Recommend Landmark services based on each client's needs.
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up within our CRM.
  • Collaborate with our proposal development and research teams.
  • Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience from initial consultation through onboarding.

Career Advancement

Level 1 – Appointment Setter

  • Contact prospective clients.
  • Qualify business owners.
  • Schedule consultations for Government Contracting Consultants.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
  • Generate referral opportunities.

Level 2 – Government Contracting Consultant (Closer)

  • Conduct scheduled Google Meet consultations.
  • Diagnose each client's needs.
  • Recommend the appropriate consulting services.
  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process.

  • Earn uncapped commissions based on performance.

Level 3 – Senior Consultant

  • Manage strategic consulting opportunities.
  • Mentor newer consultants.
  • Assist with sales coaching and development.
  • Receive priority opportunities and leadership responsibilities.
