This role is ideal for academically strong individuals with a passion for building cloud-based applications, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the drive to work with Oracle Cloud technologies.

Role Overview :

This role will begin with structured training in Oracle Cloud Implementation in Human Capital Management and UK Payroll solution with workflows and Oracle Cloud Redwood, before transitioning into active technical assignments. You will work closely with senior architects, technical specialists, and client stakeholders based in the UK, developing enterprise applications, building cloud solutions, and integrating these with business systems.

You will gain hands-on experience in designing, coding, and deploying cloud-enabled solutions, as well as working on large-scale projects across finance, data analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll for global large organisations
  • Build, test, and deploy enterprise solutions using PL / SQL, Apex, and VBCS
  • Participate in application integration, workflow, and API development
  • Engage with business users in UK during UK timezones on a regular basis for providing consulting solution
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Optimise existing solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Support testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions
  • Work closely with UK-based teams and align with UK working hours

What we are looking for :

Academic Qualifications

  • Graduates in BSC, MSC, B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering discipline
  • Consistently strong academic record with high CGPA or percentage across all years of study
  • Preferred Candidate Background

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Exposure to cloud platforms is a plus (Oracle Cloud preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
