Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing day to day planning, allocating work to agents by FIFO and ensure on time deliverable.
  • Conducting daily feedback, update & review session to respective team members.
  • Maintenance of the data records, meeting project/account TAT & targets. Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports. (Production/Quality/Attendance/ attrition)
  • Managing the floor, adherence to schedule & people management
  • Taking ownership and suggesting new features & problem resolution.
  • Training and development of associates as per planning & needs.
  • Performs a monthly check through reports on implementing PIP
  • EWS (early warning system) about manpower to be predicted and inform to reporting head/HR
  • Performing scrub/ macro / sample audit to measure final output quality.
  • Workflow has to be followed to avoid process violations without compromising SLA.
  • Motivation, leadership for a team leaders agents and developing future leaders.
  • Daily project status report to be sent to client for respective projects.
  • Verifying the daily FTP receipt with Statement of batch received from client to ensure don't miss any batches/images.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Essential - Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in (Non-Voice)
  • Carrying out day to day operation

  • Knowledge of MS -Office.
  • Able to handle any critical situation
