Job Title : Growth Manager (Brand x Performance)

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience Range : 4-6 Years

Comensation : Upto 16 LPA

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can operate at the intersection of brand and performance — balancing analytical precision with creative excellence. You’ll be responsible for the full digital funnel : from mid-funnel acquisition and CRM-driven engagement to reputation management and website optimization .

You will also play a key role in building internal alignment across teams to ensure brand consistency while driving measurable growth outcomes.

Job Description :

A marketer who can think like a strategist, act like a performance analyst, and create like a storyteller. You understand how brand perception and performance metrics work together to fuel sustainable growth.

  • Build and optimize the digital acquisition funnel through initiatives such as webinars, CRM journeys, and website enhancements.
  • Manage ORM and GMB channels to ensure reputation health and actionable feedback loops.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to build high-performing campaigns that stay true to the brand voice.
  • Lead SEO project management and organic growth initiatives.
  • Improve digital assets (website, CRM, automation) to enhance conversion and customer experience.
  • Identify growth bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and deploy experiments that drive measurable impact on lead quality and cost efficiency.
  • Support internal brand communication to ensure consistent storytelling across teams.

Mandatory Skills :

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing , performance management , or brand marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong analytical foundation with comfort in funnel analysis and campaign experimentation.
  • Creative sensibility — ability to evaluate ideas and content through a brand lens.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
