Position Overview

Aesthetic Surgery of Charlotte is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing practice specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), wellness, and aesthetic medicine.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in hormone optimization, wellness medicine, functional medicine, anti-aging, or related specialties. This provider should be passionate about delivering individualized patient care while helping patients achieve optimal health, vitality, and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage hormone deficiencies and imbalances
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for men and women
  • Prescribe and monitor hormone replacement therapies, including bioidentical hormones and testosterone therapy
  • Interpret laboratory results and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
  • Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Support the practice’s mission of exceptional patient experience and aesthetic wellness care
Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina NP or PA license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy, wellness, functional medicine, endocrinology, or related field
  • DEA license and prescriptive authority
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with bioidentical hormone therapy preferred
  • Background in aesthetic medicine is a plus
  • Ability to build long-term patient relationships and provide concierge-level care
